Just Say Yes

The word yes changes things.

This week we have gone from having literally no plans to receiving several potential opportunities in Europe.

Our hope for this trip is to be able to connect with missions groups, to meet and love people while working, doing different video projects along the way so that we don’t go broke. We also are super excited to explore and enjoy the places we get to visit. We hope all of this, in the next few months will spark vision.

It has felt like we have been fishing this week, with a lot of prayer, throwing out the line of asking. Asking for ministry connections, video work, anything that we could do while we are traveling. We have had a few nibbles, sometimes silence and a few big opportunities. Things that we then get to say yes to.

While we really don’t have most of our months planned, we do now know this:

We will be starting our adventure in Paris, France. Then we will connect with a missions organization called Gospel Tribe in Karlsruhe, Germany. You can learn more about their ministry HERE. We will train with them for a few days and then travel with them on an outreach to Egypt (a surprise to us!) for three weeks. We will then be in Germany for a few weeks where Daniel will teach a video seminar. Then Spain for a potential job. After that things get a little fuzzy. But we’ll see what happens when we get closer. We’re going to keep on praying, asking, trusting. And our God will keep showing us the way, one step at a time.

We just have to keep saying yes.
